Job Description
Craft custom steel solutions in a hands-on shop environment. We're seeking a skilled Welder and Fabricator to join our fast-paced custom job shop. You'll take ownership of your projects from start to finish—sourcing materials, interpreting blueprints, and performing flux-core welding on mild steel. If you're versatile, detail-oriented, and thrive in a collaborative setting, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do:- Source and prep materials for fabrication
- Perform FCAW welding on mild steel components
- Read and apply welding symbols and blueprints accurately
- Support fabrication tasks including painting and material handling during downtime
- Work independently on structural steel projects
- MIG and FCAW welding experience
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Solid fabrication experience
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Prior experience in a custom job shop setting
- Familiarity with structural steel fabrication
- Small shop environment with diverse, hands-on projects

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
