HR Coordinator (Hybrid - Eden Prairie, MN or Remote Eligible)

Location: Eden Prairie, MN | Full-Time | Monday-Friday

We're seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily Human Resources operations. This role focuses on onboarding, offboarding, benefits enrollment, HR data updates, and employee support. You'll be the first point of contact for HR inquiries and play a key part in ensuring accurate, timely employee information and a smooth experience for every new hire.

What You'll Do
  • Process new hire onboarding, I-9s, E-Verify, and background checks.
  • Coordinate offboarding and employee status changes in HRIS.
  • Support new hire benefits enrollments and assist with employee questions.
  • Maintain HR records, data accuracy, and compliance documentation.
  • Manage the HR inbox and provide timely employee support.
  • Partner with Payroll, IT, and Talent Acquisition to ensure seamless processes.
What You Bring
  • 2-4 years in HR coordination or HR assistant roles.
  • Experience with onboarding, benefits, and HR systems (iSolved, ADP, Paylocity, etc.).
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Degree in Human Resources or Business preferred; SHRM-CP or PHR a plus.
Work Location
  • Eden Prairie, MN: Hybrid schedule with on-site days required.
  • Remote eligible in: IL, IN, IA, KS, MI, MN, MO, ND, OH, WI, NJ, PA, MD, VA, TX or FL.
