Responsibilities

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
● Retrieve documents from the electronic Fax Inbox and file them into the appropriate patients
EMR.
● Complete structured data fields for required documents associated with Quality Measures.
● Provide timely and accurate reports of daily productivity logs to the Lead Document
Management Associate.
● Manage the upload of documents received from scanning and provider-to-provider electronic
exchange within the EMR.
● Ensure full compliance with federal and local confidentiality laws, including HIPAA, to
maintain strict patient privacy.

What You'll Bring (Requirements)
● High School Diploma or equivalent.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office setting working with medical documents.
● Proven experience working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
