 We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead daily operations across our CNC and General Machining departments. In this role, you’ll drive productivity, safety, and quality while mentoring a skilled team that produces high-precision machined components for critical industries.

What You’ll Do\n

• Lead & Motivate: Direct and develop a team of machine operators and skilled trades professionals, ensuring safety, engagement, and continuous improvement.
\n
• Drive Quality: Maintain compliance with ISO/AS standards, support root cause corrective actions (RCCA), and ensure all work meets strict engineering specifications.
\n
• Own Performance: Oversee Safety, On-Time Delivery, Cost Standards, and Cost of Poor Quality metrics.
\n
• Optimize Operations: Plan daily production, manage capacity, and recommend staffing or capital improvements to meet customer demands.
\n
• Champion Lean Thinking: Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce waste through Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
\n
• Collaborate: Work closely with department leads and management to solve challenges and maintain seamless communication between shifts.
\n

What We’re Looking For
\n

✅ 3–5 years of experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment
✅ Proven experience as a Supervisor or Manager leading production teams
✅ Strong understanding of machining operations, safety, and quality control
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✅ Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

⭐ Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
⭐ Lean / Six Sigma certification or experience
⭐ Background in ISO-certified manufacturing
