Actalent is hiring: Manufacturing Technician in Bedford

📍 Bedford, MA | 🕒 Full-Time (Contract to hire) | Mon–Fri, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team in a cleanroom biotech/pharmaceutical environment. In this role, you’ll operate production equipment and execute manufacturing procedures for cross-linked hyaluronic acid products, ensuring compliance with SOPs, GMP standards, and documentation protocols.

• Operate and maintain production equipment in accordance with SOPs, Batch Records, and Operational Procedures.
• Execute manufacturing processes for cross-linked hyaluronic acid products.
• Prepare and coordinate samples for testing and analysis.
• Accurately document all activities in Batch Records, logbooks, and OPMs following Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Identify and report deviations or non-conformances; recommend updates to documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient production environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical field.
• 4–6 years of experience in a biotech or pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in GMP, SOPs, and aseptic techniques.
• Experience working with chemicals, including acids and bases.
• Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and gowning procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, initiative, and teamwork.

• First shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM.
• Collaborative team of 6–8 members in a cleanroom setting.
• Business casual dress code.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
