Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr

Candidate must reside in the DC area.

Qualifications:

8 -15 years of experience in Interior Architecture and project management of large commercial projects

Opportunity to work and lead through all stages of a project from programming, design through construction administration, including project management if desired.

Strong knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, material application, and manufacturer-supplier appropriateness

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of architectural and commercial interiors building systems

Thorough understanding of schedules, consultant coordination, and project budget

Knowledge of contract writing best practices and the ability to identify risk mitigation strategies

Ability to design multiple projects of a similar scope

Proficiency in Revit required

Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing

Ability to effectively meet deadlines

Positive solution-oriented management approach

Licensed Architect preferred

Candidates must be able to perform all essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation

Exceptional project and inter-personal performance history (client, team members, consultants, vendors, industry colleagues, etc.)

Manage project scheduling, staffing, budgeting, set up, close out, and profitability reporting/accountability

Manage invoicing and collection for projects as required
