As a Software Engineer Sr within PNC's CIB Treasury Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location. Responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. As a Software Engineer Sr, you will be part of an Agile engineering team where you will be responsible for technical design and development within our CIB Treasury Management line of business. Additionally, you will work with our testers to address bugs or defects and propose & design solutions. This position would require fluidity and flexibility, as this is not a role with specific guidelines where you will perform the same tasks on a day to day basis. As a Software Engineer Sr, you will also be responsible for serving as a mentor for other members of the team. Due to the nature of this position we are seeking passionate Software Engineers. Candidates should have experience with the following: Strong experience with UNIX and FreeDSB OS Proficiency in Windows Server administration and support Hands-on experience with RIDS, RTB, ARS, and KOF applications Familiarity with Total Agility platform Proven ability to provide 1st level support for internal operators and peer users Experience managing and supporting servers at Lockbox sites Basic hardware troubleshooting and OS-level diagnostics Strong interpersonal skills to support internal users, operators, and treasury management teams Ability to clearly communicate technical issues and solutions Knowledge of systems used for processing client payments (e.g., utility bill checks) Experience with Lockbox operations and financial transaction systems PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. #J-18808-Ljbffr
