What Youll Do

Manage

full-cycle recruiting

for nurses and clinical professionals

from sourcing to onboarding. Partner with

hospitals, health systems, and internal teams

to deliver top-tier candidates. Use

AI tools

(ChatGPT, Claude, ClickUp, and more!) to supercharge sourcing, outreach, and engagement. Build

talent pipelines

through creative networking, digital sourcing, and community partnerships. Represent Agoras Health at

regional events, nursing schools, and job fairs . Track recruiting metrics and continuously refine your strategy for impact and efficiency.

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in HR, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or equivalent experience. 3+ years

of nurse or clinical recruiting experience (bonus points for hospitals, health systems, or startups). Skilled in

ClickUp, ChatGPT, Claude , and other AI-driven recruiting tools. Stellar

communication, relationship-building

and

organizational

skills. Self-motivated, organized, and thrives in a

fast-paced startup environment . Based near

Charlottesville, VA , or open to regional travel.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience in

health tech startups

or

digital health companies . Familiarity with

telehealth recruiting

or remote clinical staffing. Certifications like

SHRM, AIRS, or CHCR .
