Overview Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Manager to join the Infrastructure Supply Chain and Engineering team, supporting the Scope 3 Supplier Engagement Program. This role plays a pivotal part in advancing the company's 2030 Net Zero Commitment by driving supplier collaboration on emissions reduction initiatives. The successful candidate will lead efforts to engage suppliers, align cross‑functional stakeholders, and support emissions data collection and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute engagement strategies with selected suppliers to reduce value chain GHG emissions
Collaborate with external suppliers to enhance GHG reporting maturity and improve data quality
Analyze supplier emissions data, targets, roadmaps, and solutions to identify trends and inform decision‑making
Coordinate with internal teams—including procurement and supplier managers—to ensure timely project delivery
Scale supplier and internal initiatives to accelerate value chain decarbonization
Partner with cross‑functional teams to support the design and implementation of new and existing GHG reduction programs
Communicate program progress and insights effectively across internal stakeholders
Qualifications Required Skills & Experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex datasets; proficiency in Excel and data analytics tools such as Tableau
Deep expertise in GHG accounting, including Scope 3 emissions, supplier target setting, and maturity modeling
Experience in contract negotiations, supplier management, and roadmap development
Proven project management capabilities with a track record of delivering complex initiatives in fast‑paced, matrixed environments
Strategic thinker and collaborative team player with the ability to scale sustainability initiatives across the organization
Self‑starter with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to diplomatically resolve conflicts and drive alignment
Experience working with interdisciplinary teams (e.g., Sustainability, Procurement, Engineering, Business Operations)
Familiarity with global and sector‑specific sustainability frameworks and initiatives
Strong understanding of infrastructure‑related products and services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
