Managing Director Investment Banking - Technology role at Osaic. Lead the firm’s technology practice with strategic vision, high-level client relationship management, and growth execution. The position requires a proven track record in investment banking, leadership, and deep knowledge of capital markets and relevant structures (e.g., PIPEs, CMPOs, IPOs, RDs). Salary range: $180,000-$200,000. Responsibilities
Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth in revenue and market share. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry leaders. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, including mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and other financial advisory services. Oversee preparation and presentation of pitch books, financial models, and other transaction-related documentation. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to best practices in financial services. Represent the firm at industry conferences, client meetings, and other networking events. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in investment banking, with significant leadership experience. Demonstrated success in originating and executing complex transactions. Extensive knowledge of financial markets, investment banking products, and regulatory environment. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships at the highest levels. FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 required. Work Details
