Job Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain components of the CI/CD platform for safer, faster, and more reliable deployments
Lead initiatives to enhance automation, observability, and self‑service capabilities for engineers
Collaborate across teams to identify and eliminate friction points in the delivery process
Evolve the release architecture to support multi‑cloud, cell‑based infrastructure at scale
Continuously improve developer experience by refining build pipelines and release workflows
Qualifications
Experience designing, operating, or improving CI/CD systems for large‑scale distributed applications
Proficiency with tools such as Helm, ArgoCD, Terraform, GitHub Actions, or Kubernetes
Familiarity with infrastructure‑as‑code practices and principles of reliable, observable systems
Background in Python (or other modern programming languages) for automation or platform tooling
Experience working asynchronously as part of a fully remote, distributed team
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Kargo or similar progressive delivery systems
Hands‑on experience with multi‑cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Proven track record of improving developer productivity or release safety at scale
