Of Counsel Attorney – Contested Probate Specialist
Monteforte Law, a successful Estate Planning and Elder Law firm, is seeking an experienced attorney to join our team as Of Counsel, focusing on contested probate cases. This role is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who prefers a consistent caseload of contested probate matters over the challenges of client acquisition through advertising or digital marketing. You will receive a steady stream of cases, professional support staff, beautiful office space, and firm marketing without the burden and expense of running a solo practice.

What we are looking for:
Minimum 5 years of experience in probate and estate litigation, with a focus on contested probate matters.
Compassionate, as elder law is sensitive work.
Someone who truly enjoys talking with and helping people.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Admission to the Massachusetts Bar and in good standing.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent clients in contested probate matters, including will contests, trust disputes, estate administration issues, and guardianship disputes.
Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients on complex contested probate matters.
Collaborate closely with the firm's attorneys and paralegals to develop and implement effective strategies for contested probate cases.
Stay up-to-date with developments in probate law, regulations, and industry best practices.
