Role overview

We're seeking a results-driven and experienced Partnerships Account Manager to lead and grow a portfolio of affiliate and strategic partnerships. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing client relationships, driving partner performance, and executing strategic initiatives that support our growth objectives. You’ll act as the primary point of contact for key partners, overseeing account strategy, day-to-day operations, and performance optimization—ensuring both client satisfaction and measurable business impact. This role is remote in the Bay Area only What you’ll be doing

Program Management

Oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple affiliate and strategic partner programs. Serve as the main liaison for partners and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations. Performance Analysis & Strategy

Define KPIs, monitor performance trends, and identify actionable insights to improve outcomes. Develop strategic recommendations and present them to clients and stakeholders to drive decision-making. Forecasting & Budgeting

Create forecasts and manage budgets across partner programs to maximize ROI and resource allocation. Campaign Execution

Implement promotional and creative initiatives aligned with content calendars to increase engagement and conversion. Relationship Building & Negotiation

Cultivate and strengthen relationships with partners and key stakeholders. Negotiate placements, commission structures, and partnership terms to secure favorable outcomes. Growth & Retention Initiatives

Design and execute performance initiatives focused on acquisition, retention, and partner expansion. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with internal marketing, product, and data teams to support integrated campaign strategies. Reporting & Insights

Deliver comprehensive reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Provide insights, trends, and recommendations for continuous improvement. Compliance & Fraud Prevention

Actively monitor affiliate activities to ensure regulatory compliance and detect potential fraudulent behavior. What you have

5+ years of account management experience, ideally within a high-growth fintech or digital marketing environment. Proven ability to launch and scale partnership programs from the ground up. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire internal teams and external partners. Strong executive presence and experience managing high-value relationships. Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Passion for technology, marketing, and building strong partner relationships. Willingness to travel as needed for partner engagement and industry events. Compensation

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $115,000 - $150,000. This range does not include any other compensation components or other benefits for which an individual may be eligible (other benefits listed below). The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
