Integrate RPA workflows with enterprise systems, data sources and existing business processes.
Client Engagement
Meet with clients and business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements.
Assess when RPA is the appropriate solution versus custom development or other approaches.
Communicate technical designs, capabilities and constraints clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor and support junior engineers and RPA developers, promoting best practices and standards.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts and other technical teams to ensure project success.
Manage multiple automation initiatives and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Use Confluence for documenting processes, workflows, and technical designs.
Manage incidents, requests, and change control processes through ServiceNow.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing RPA solutions.
Ensure that all solutions adhere to organizational security, compliance and quality standards.
