Job Description JOB SUMMARY

This role will lead the design and architecture of our next‑generation intelligent agent systems and solutions powered by generative AI. As a key technical expert, this role will be responsible for defining the blueprint for autonomous, adaptive AI agents that can reason, plan, learn, and act within complex environments to achieve specific goals. The role will collaborate closely with product managers, AI engineers, data scientists and business stakeholders to translate business needs into robust, scalable, and ethical agentic AI solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of generative AI models, agentic frameworks, software architecture principles, and the ability to navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of artificial intelligence.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Defining the architectural vision and strategy for agentic AI solutions

Designing end‑to‑end architectures for agentic AI systems, including generative AI model integration

Guiding the integration of agentic AI solutions with existing systems and defining integration standards

Establishing architectural patterns and best practices for building scalable and reliable agentic AI

Collaborating with engineering and product teams to ensure architectural alignment and provide guidance

Evaluating emerging AI and agentic technologies and their potential architectural impact

Overseeing the design and implementation of data pipelines and infrastructure required for agentic AI

EXPERIENCE Required

7 years of experience with Software Solution Architecture designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust and scalable software applications, with a focus on AI/ML solutions

3 years of experience in designing solutions leveraging large language models (LLMs) and generative AI

3 years of experience with architecting and designing AI agent systems or similar autonomous systems

2 years of experience designing robust data architectures to support AI/ML workflows and agentic systems

Preferred

3 years of experience deploying AI models at scale in high‑throughput, low‑latency environments

3 years of familiarity with architecting solutions on cloud computing platforms

1 year of experience architecting solutions using specific agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, Semantic Kernel)

SKILLS

Strong knowledge of large language models (LLMs), their capabilities, limitations, and application in agentic systems.

Strong understanding of agentic AI concepts, including planning, reasoning, memory, and action execution.

Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and system integration methodologies.

Expertise in designing and building RESTful APIs and microservices for AI/ML integration.

Proficiency in one or more major programming languages (Python strongly preferred) and software development best practices.

Experience with prompt engineering and fine‑tuning of large language models for specific tasks.

Familiarity with MLOps principles and tools for deploying, monitoring, and managing AI models and agentic systems in production.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, leadership and influencing skills to guide technical direction.

Ability to think strategically and holistically about complex systems.

EDUCATION Required

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or similar degrees.

Preferred

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or similar degrees.

Pay Range Minimum: $108,000.00 Maximum: $201,800.00
