We offer you a thriving environment with strong patient demand, modern technology, and unmatched support for your professional growth.**Position Highlights*** **Full-time** General Dentist position* **Annual compensation: $165,000/year** with **unlimited earning potential based on collections*** PPO & Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base – **No Medicaid*** Mentorship and clear **Doctor Development Plan*** **Busy, family-focused practice** with strong patient loyalty* **Consistent new patient flow** and full clinical schedule* **State-of-the-art digital technology**, including iTero scanners and 3D imaging* Clinical autonomy with support from experienced leadership* Team culture built on trust, compassion, and excellence* **Annual team mission trips** to the Dominican Republic**Compensation & Benefits*** **$150,000 minimum annual salary** – move to **higher earnings through collections*** **Health benefits** available for team members working **20+ hours/week*** **Paid malpractice insurance*** **401(k) with immediate eligibility*** **$2,000 Annual CE Allowance** + In-house Continuing Education opportunities**What We’re Looking For*** DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program* **Active State Dental License** & DEA License* Competency in comprehensive dentistry including:
+ Restorative procedures
+ Extractions (simple and surgical)
+ Crown & Bridge
+ Endodontics (Root Canals)
+ iTero scanning
