We're looking for an entrepreneurial operator to solve dynamic & complex problems on the supply-side our marketplace.
At Paraform, we’re building the infrastructure behind the next generation of recruiting firms. Our platform powers top recruiters placing talent into startups like Ramp, Decagon, and Hightouch — and we do it by treating recruiters like high-performance partners, not vendors.
This role sits at the center of our supply-side growth and operations. You’ll work directly with elite recruiters, helping them scale their businesses, close top-tier talent, and win more clients. It’s part operator, part strategist, part growth partner — and it’s one of the highest-leverage roles in the company.

What we look for:
2 - 7 years of experience doing GTM, Ops at an early stage startup OR investment banking, management consulting or vc with a keen interesting in Growth + Operations
Client facing experience. Whether in a startup, elite organization or other work experience. Examples include VCs or GTM roles at a startup.
Early stage startup experience (ideally Seed - Series A)
High energy, process-minded, ability to juggle many things at once
You'd love this role if you're looking for:
High-stakes relationships.
You’ll work directly with recruiters whose accounts are worth six figures (and growing). Your judgment and follow-through shape their success on the platform.
Real-time mix of growth and operations.
One hour you’ll pitch an agency on expansion opportunities; the next you’ll dig into the internal tools that monitor quality and activity across the marketplace.
Future-founder training ground (consumer / SMB).
Think Shopify’s early merchant team or Uber’s driver team: you’ll support entrepreneurs, learn how to scale prosumer / SMB networks, and build skills you can use as a future founder.
