This position will support major, complex, and strategic network initiatives from inception to completion. This position will analyze Medicaid network data using internal and external sources to support the prioritization of divisional initiatives and track progress to goals. This position will identify network trends and insights while interacting with all levels of cross-functional management.### **Required Job Qualifications:*** Bachelor Degree and 5 years experience in strategic planning, research, project management, product administration, product operations or relevant health care industry OR a Bachelor's Degree, a Masters Degree and 4 years of experience.* Project management skills, including strong organization, prioritization and problem solving skills; strong oral, verbal and interpersonal communication skills; ability to accept direction and feedback.* Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization.* Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.* Analytical and information synthesis skills.* Experience interacting with personnel of multiple departments and at various levels in the organization.* Knowledge of strategic planning techniques and industry trends.* Analytical and information synthesis skills.* Experience interpreting business and financial information.* Verbal and written communication and organization skills.* Flexible attitude with changing assignments and priorities.* PC proficiency to include MS Office products**Preferred Job Qualifications:*** Health insurance or healthcare industry experience**This is a Flex (Hybrid) role: 3 days in office; 2 days remote.**#LI-HYBRID#LI-SG1### ### **Pay Transparency Statement:**At Health Care Service Corporation, you will be part of an organization committed to offering meaningful benefits to our employees to support their life outside of work.
