Position Overview
The Administrative Assistant supports the day-to-day operations of our Administrative Department and plays a key role in ensuring clients and team members are well cared for. Success in this position relies on strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and computer skills, along with a willingness to learn and support others.

Requirements:Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients in person and by phone with a warm, professional demeanor; offer refreshments as appropriate.
- Process agency inboxes (email and text) and route messages to team members as needed.
- Manage daily downloads from insurance company partners and assist with setup as needed.
- Assist with light bookkeeping tasks.
- Deliver outgoing mail to the post office as needed.
- Monitor and restock office supplies.
- Provide basic technical support to team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Competencies
- Previous office experience is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Cheerful, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in fast-paced environment while paying close attention to detail.
- A team player who is collaborative, dependable, and open to feedback.
- A willingness to ask for help when needed, take responsibility for and admit mistakes and be teachable.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Willingness to learn insurance concepts (Property & Casualty license a plus).
- Motivated, self-starter, and eager to take on new challenges.
