Be a part of helping shape culture and improve patient experience in our small setting.

Why You'll Love Working Here

  • Lead Real Change: Shape a stronger, more cohesive nursing team with your leadership and clinical expertise.
  • Hands-On Specialty Work: Engage in meaningful patient care across spine, pain management, podiatry, and vascular surgeries.
  • Focused Setting: As an outpatient surgery center, we offer a fast-paced, specialized environment without the chaos of a large hospital system.
  • Competitive Compensation: Starting salary of $105,000 annually and opportunities for bonuses plus medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability benefits.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as both a leader and an active member of the clinical team, regularly assisting with patient care in the OR, Pre-op, or PACU as needed.
  • Supervise and support a small team of both full-time and part-time nurses.
  • Set expectations and hold staff accountable while fostering a culture of professionalism, communication, and accountability.
  • Manage staffing, compliance, and performance for the nursing department.
  • Address staff concerns directly and professionally, fostering a more accountable and collaborative work environment.
  • Collaborate with physicians, anesthesia providers, and administration to ensure smooth operations and outstanding patient outcomes.
  • Promote a safe, positive patient experience from Pre-op through PACU.

You'll Know You're a Good Fit for This Role If You Have...

  • A current RN license and 5+ years of progressive nursing experience, including leadership responsibilities.
  • Preference given to OR Circulator/Operating Room RN and Pre-Op and PACU nurses.
  • A calm, confident presence with the ability to handle interpersonal challenges and team tensions constructively.
  • The desire to be a visible, engaged leader who doesn't shy away from pitching in clinically.
  • A strong presence and the communication skills to lead through challenge and change.
  • Experience managing difficult personalities and navigating workplace dynamics with professionalism and resolve.
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on solutions, systems, and long-term improvement.
