Integrity Locums
Coverage Needed:
- Start Date: ASAP
- End Date: Unknown
- Schedule: Mon-Fri 8a-5p - Clinic or OR; 24-hour call on weekends and after-hours call during the week
- Call coverage is for ER and hospital
- Estimated Shifts/Month: 20
- Clinic: 18-22 patients per day
- Consistent coverage in one-week stretches-either a 5-day (Monday-Friday) or 7+ day block-once or twice per month
- Able to commit to working at least one full week each month on a regular basis
Clinical Details:
- Clinical Details: Urologist needed to support ambulatory clinic, perform OR procedures, and support hospital call and emergent needs. Clinic: 18-22 patients per day. Required Procedures: Cystoscopy in Office and bread & butter Urology procedures in OR. Adults only - no Peds.
- Call: Call coverage is for ER and hospital. 30min response time. Average Admissions While On Call: 0
- EMR: EPIC
Requirements:
- Board Status: Board Certified; Board Eligible
- DEA Required: Yes
- State Licensure: Illinois license required to apply; Accepts IMLC
- Will only consider fully licensed or IMLC-in-hand candidates.
- Minimum Experience: 1 year
- Certifications Required: ACLS; BLS
- CSR License Required: Yes
- Clean Record Required
