Windows Engineer

Strong experience in Windows Server administration, including operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Proficiency in upgrading servers to 2016, 2019, and 2022 versions, with a focus on compliance requirements. Extensive knowledge of vSphere Operations, including management and deployment using OVF Templates. Experience with GitLab and OS pipelines for template creation is highly desirable. Moderate background in SCCM/ConfigMgr, including application/package creation and deployment, as well as SUG creation and deployment. Proven ability to perform setup, management, and deployment of monthly patching for Windows Server 2012-2022. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex Server OS issues efficiently. Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective work in a global, multi-site environment. Provide advanced troubleshooting of security products like HBSS, Nessus Agent, and Carbon Black. Perform IAVA remediation and STIG hardening on OS Server builds. Develop and deliver SOP documentation for troubleshooting and operational purposes. Background/experience in PowerShell for task automation is a plus. Complete Incident and Change Request tickets using BMC Remedy ITSM and/or Service+. Qualifications include: TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
