Elm Chevrolet, a well-established and busy automotive dealership, is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warranty Administrator to join our Service Department. Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, process, and track all warranty claims in a timely and accurate manner

  • Review repair orders for proper documentation and compliance with manufacturer policies

  • Communicate with manufacturers and vendors to resolve claim issues or denials

  • Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions

  • Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and management to ensure smooth claim submission

  • Stay current with manufacturer warranty programs, updates, and recall bulletins

Qualifications:
  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE in automotive warranty processing or dealership service administration IS A MUST

  • Knowledge of GM warranty policies 

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Proficiency with dealership management software (CDK, AutoMate, or similar)

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
