Pay Range: $50,000 – $55,000 (based on experience)

Location: Clearwater, FL (on-site role)

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle — posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent.
• Communicate with associates and clients in both English and Spanish to ensure seamless service.
• Partner with local companies to understand their workforce needs and deliver quality candidates quickly.
• Build lasting relationships with job seekers and hiring managers.
• Own your results — track progress, hit goals, and celebrate the wins.
• Collaborate with a powerhouse team that values communication, integrity, and speed.

What You Bring

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills required.
• 2+ years of recruiting or staffing experience (light industrial, logistics, or skilled trades a big plus).
• Confidence, curiosity, and people skills that make candidates want to work with you.
• Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency that keeps things moving.
