Duties

- Provide information about the resort's amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Assist in managing reservations and coordinating special requests for guests.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness and organization in the front desk area.
Experience
- Previous role with customer experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on guest relations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- A background in resort or hotel environments will be beneficial but not required.
