Executive Assistant/Office Manager – Family Office

Job Description:

A small Family Office based in Westchester is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to assist with a close-knit family office and support the C-Level Officers. This position offers the opportunity to take on a variety of responsibilities, learn about business management, and maintain a strong sense of autonomy.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage both corporate and personal expenses, reconcile credit cards, and prepare monthly expense reports for C-Level Officers
  • Conduct specialized research reports as needed
  • Book travel arrangements and manage calendars
  • Coordinate with vendors across different states for additional properties
  • Greet clients and guests, acting as the face of the firm
  • Serve as gatekeeper and liaison
  • Maintain an orderly office by ordering supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors
  • Manage conference room and conference call schedules
  • Assist in deal proposals and contract compilation

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
  • Experience supporting C-Suite executives or founders
  • Minimum of 5 years of executive support experience
