Executive Assistant/Office Manager – Family Office
Job Description:
A small Family Office based in Westchester is seeking an Executive Assistant/Office Manager to assist with a close-knit family office and support the C-Level Officers. This position offers the opportunity to take on a variety of responsibilities, learn about business management, and maintain a strong sense of autonomy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage both corporate and personal expenses, reconcile credit cards, and prepare monthly expense reports for C-Level Officers
- Conduct specialized research reports as needed
- Book travel arrangements and manage calendars
- Coordinate with vendors across different states for additional properties
- Greet clients and guests, acting as the face of the firm
- Serve as gatekeeper and liaison
- Maintain an orderly office by ordering supplies, answering phones, and greeting visitors
- Manage conference room and conference call schedules
- Assist in deal proposals and contract compilation
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory
- Experience supporting C-Suite executives or founders
- Minimum of 5 years of executive support experience
