The Account Service Manager (ASM) serves as the primary point of contact for ongoing customer service and account management. This role partners closely with the Business Development Manager (BDM) to ensure customer satisfaction, coordinate post-sale activities, and support continued growth within assigned accounts. The ASM manages all Day 2 activities - ensuring seamless service delivery, timely issue resolution, and proactive engagement with customers to drive retention, renewal, and long-term loyalty. Key Responsibilities

Partner with the BDM to develop and execute action plans for assigned customer accounts. Conduct regular business reviews (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews) with the BDM and customer to review service performance, address issues, and identify new opportunities. Serve as the primary contact for ongoing service and support requests, ensuring timely and effective communication. Build trusted relationships with key customer stakeholders to strengthen partnership value and satisfaction. Client Retention & Renewals

Actively monitor contract timelines to identify renewal opportunities up to

12 months in advance . Partner with the BDM and internal teams to develop renewal strategies that align with customer goals and business objectives. Proactively address service concerns, usage trends, or competitive risks that could impact renewal outcomes. Collaborate with the BDM to present renewal proposals, pricing adjustments, and service enhancements that promote long-term retention and growth. Track and report on renewal pipeline, retention rates, and customer satisfaction metrics. Service & Support Execution

Manage Day 2 customer requests, including moves, adds, changes (MACs), billing inquiries, and general account updates. Coordinate with the BDM on MAC-related activities, including pricing, sales documentation, and order initiation. Assist customers with portal access, ticket creation, and requests related to services sold through CCS. Collaboration & Process Management

Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and project delivery. Maintain accurate documentation, tracking, and communication throughout the service lifecycle. Your future at Presidio
