Overview
The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for handling temperature-controlled materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and performing SAP transactions to support smooth warehouse operations in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities Manage temperature-controlled materials across multiple warehouse locations. Perform SAP transactions including Transfer Orders (TOs) and Goods Receipts (GRs). Operate manual and motorized warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Coordinate and document material transfers between facilities. Maintain warehouse organization, inventory accuracy, and compliance with GMP standards. Monitor and report temperature deviations and follow safety protocols. Reprioritize tasks based on operational needs and daily schedules. Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required. 0-2 years of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience. GMP experience in a regulated environment preferred. Basic computer and email proficiency; SAP or ERP experience a plus. Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills. Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and work in temperature-controlled areas (2-8°C or -20°C). Competencies
Team collaboration and communication. Strong prioritization and problem-solving skills. Customer service mindset in a fast-paced environment. Ability to operate company vehicle for material transport (as authorized).
