Who We’re Looking For: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sustainability Coordinator to support our CSRD compliance efforts and support the execution of our sustainability and ESG strategy. This role will be pivotal in ensuring that our sustainability reporting aligns with the European Union's evolving regulatory frameworks, including the CSRD and ESRS, while driving broader sustainability initiatives across the organization.
About the Role:
Sustainability Reporting:
Support end-to-end Sustainability and CSRD reporting process, including double materiality assessments, data collection, analysis, and disclosures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, operations, HR) to ensure accurate, timely, and verifiable sustainability data.
Stay current on CSRD and ESRS requirements, ensuring full compliance and alignment with best practices.
Annual Report:
Support the development and publication of the company's ESG and sustainability roadmap.
Coordinate content gathering, data validation, narrative development, and stakeholder reviews.
ESG Strategy Implementation:
Contribute to the development and execution of the company's ESG and sustainability roadmap.
Analyze performance against ESG goals and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Support sustainability-related benchmarking, ratings, and stakeholder reporting (e.g., CDP, EcoVadis, GRI, SASB, TCFD).
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:
Prepare internal and external communications on sustainability performance and reporting.
Support timely response to sustainability-related inquiries.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify and recommend tools, platforms, and process enhancements for improved sustainability data management and reporting accuracy.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in ESG or sustainability reporting, ideally with exposure to CSRD or EU sustainability frameworks.
Understanding of corporate sustainability trends, ESG metrics, and reporting standards.
Exceptional analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Proficiency in sustainability reporting software or tools is a plus.
