STAFF PERFORMANCE COORDINATOR - Raleigh, NC We are seeking a motivated Staff Performance Coordinator to join our Remedy Intelligent Staffing team. Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues Educate client on guidelines and set expectations for handling of any employee issues Ensure all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion Coordinate resolution of workforce issues with vendors and client partners; understand risk areas for all parties Deliver client-customized new hire orientations Collect and review all required work-related onboarding documents for each employee prior to start Run reports and use data to identify workforce challenges; escalate issues to the appropriate resource (using CRM, Power BI, time/attendance software) Participate in client meetings about safety and operations; document and investigate safety incidents and execute the safety observation program Coach associates on attendance policies, conduct ABC performance reviews, and assign and end associate assignments Process payroll and track attendance, wage, and hour compliance Walk candidates through tour of client facility (walking 3 to 5 miles daily) Participate in whiteboard meetings to understand daily order fill goals Conduct onboarding, I-9s, and background checks Your attributes
Hands-on experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment Experience in a customer service role responsible for client communication Data management experience HR experience is preferred Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment Able to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment Able to understand client goals and how they measure success Able to work independently and with a team Practical experience with using Microsoft Office products Compensation and Benefits
