Primary Responsibilities
Pricing construction projects, sending out project invoices, and processing payments.
Work with contractors on invoice submittals to ensure accuracy.
Receive and process customer payments (includes creating and sending all deposit information and backup documentation to cash receipts and cash applications).
Work in SAP/Work Management tools.
Manage customer related concerns regarding invoices.
Monitor and track contractor hours.
Perform other similar work as assigned.
Qualifications
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency with SAP is .
Established individual contributor with limited autonomy in daily work.
Acquires additional skills through experience, peer interaction and formal training.
