Forvis Mazars LLP is currently seeking a strategic, collaborative and results‑driven Marketing Manager to support our Infrastructure practice, inclusive of Agribusiness, Architecture & Engineering, Construction, and Energy & Natural Resources. Working directly with the Infrastructure national leadership team, this role will be instrumental in elevating brand recognition, driving revenue growth, and positioning our professionals as thought leaders in the marketplace.
The ideal candidate is a bold self‑starter who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, able to manage multiple projects concurrently, and can engage effectively with senior leadership to offer insights and concrete recommendations to accelerate business growth.
What You Will Do
Partner with national industry leaders to identify industry themes, differentiators, personas and marketing strategies that translate into integrated marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Create compelling content and thought leadership that showcase our Industry expertise across all marketing channels.
Develop and execute multi‑touch strategic campaigns and orchestrated customer journeys that drive brand recognition, consideration, conversion, loyalty, and advocacy.
Plan, manage and measure digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, web, and paid media.
Optimize the execution of Infrastructure‑related events, webinars, and sponsorships to increase brand impact.
Collaborate across departments and service lines to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and tactics through dashboards and provide stakeholders on plans to optimize future initiatives.
Manage relationships with external vendors and associations, oversee sponsorships, and publication opportunities.
Partner with regional marketing and business development to support the firm's growth initiatives across accounts and markets.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within a professional services environment.
Proven ability to manage complex projects and align multiple stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with an ability to translate technical content into engaging marketing materials.
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, (e.g., marketing automation, CRM, analytics), SEO and AIO.
People management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
7 years of experience.
Experience with one or more of the Infrastructure industries highlighted.
Experience supporting Tax, Audit, or Consulting service lines at a professional services firm.
