You’ll play a key role in driving new customer acquisition and engagement for Ramsey Solutions brands. This role is perfect for a digital marketer who’s confident managing campaigns, curious about testing new ideas, and ready to grow into a more strategic performance role over time.
What You’ll Do
Manage and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms
Continuously test creative, copy, and targeting to improve performance and efficiency
Partner with creative, email, and organic teams to align messaging and strategy
Track and analyze performance metrics u2014 turning insights into clear, actionable next steps
Monitor competitive trends and emerging ad opportunities
Collaborate with the broader marketing team to refine full‑funnel digital strategies

You have 3+ years of digital marketing experience with hands‑on campaign management
Youu2019ve worked in paid search and/or paid social advertising
