What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Field inbound customer contacts within a competitive and fast-paced production environment

Influence customer purchasing decisions by effectively presenting the employer's suite of TV, internet, and wireless products

Build and maintain customer relationships with honesty and integrity

Operate in a full-time role with potential evening, weekend, or holiday hours

Assist in achieving sales targets through persuasive communication and consultative selling

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying sales role

High school diploma/GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus

Must possess a competitive spirit, determination, resilience, and persuasive personality

Ability to operate with integrity and maintain a growth mindset

Home workspace with wired internet (25 Mbps download/2 Mbps upload) and necessary equipment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience in a sales environment within the telecommunications industry

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
