About the Role We’re seeking a detail-oriented

Assistant Planner (Temp)

to support our client's planning teams. This role will focus on execution, reporting, and team support, ensuring smooth coordination of product distributions and data management. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

Assist planning team with all product distributions and related operational tasks.

Update and maintain planning reports, trackers, and analytics as needed.

Support day‑to‑day team functions and ensure deadlines are met.

Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate execution of planning activities.

Provide data insights and help identify trends to support business decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Comfortable making sound decisions with limited information.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
