What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct engineering analyses and design for deep and shallow foundations, earth retaining structures, excavation support systems, soil settlement, slope stability, soil dynamics, earthquake engineering, groundwater flow, earthen embankments, tunnels, and asphalt and concrete pavement.

Assist in planning, scheduling, coordinating field and laboratory services for new design, forensic investigations, and repair/remediation projects.

Prepare reports, drawings, and project specifications suitable for construction.

Perform construction administration and monitoring duties.

Assist in preparing scope, schedules, and budgets for proposals.

What You’ll Need

0–3+ years of experience.

MS in Geotechnical or GeoStructural Engineering.

Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills.

Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.

Team‑oriented mindset and ability to work with others toward shared goals.

Responsibility and ability to meet deadlines; willingness to take independent initiative.

Enthusiasm for continued learning of new ideas and concepts.

Familiarity with geotechnical computer analysis software (e.g., GEOSLOPE, Slide, Plaxis, LPILEplus, CIVILTech Shoring, DeepEX, Settle3D).

Valid driver’s license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Report.

Willingness to travel to out‑of‑state project sites and remote job sites not accessible by public transportation.

FE/EIT certification preferred.

Compensation Anticipated annual base salary:

$79,560 – $92,560 . This range is a good‑faith estimate pursuant to applicable equal‑pay and pay‑transparency laws. Actual salary will be based on experience, qualifications, education, and work location.
