As a Software Engineer Sr within PNC's C&IB Treasury Management organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Dallas, TX or Birmingham, AL. The position is primarily based in a PNC location and responsibilities require time in the office or in the field on a regular basis. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. As a Software Engineer Sr, you will be part of an Agile engineering team responsible for technical design and development within our C&IB Treasury Management line of business. You will work with testers to address bugs or defects and propose and design solutions. This role requires fluidity and flexibility, as it is not a role with specific daily tasks. You will also mentor other members of the team. Experience sought includes: proficiency in React.js for building dynamic, responsive user interfaces; strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3; experience with .NET (C#) for building scalable APIs and services; solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration; strong SQL skills including query optimization and relational database design; experience with SQL Server or similar RDBMS; familiarity with mainframe systems and experience migrating or replacing legacy applications; experience with fraud prevention systems in commercial or financial domains; understanding of PPP, CVC, and other fraud-related validation mechanisms; Agile/Scrum development experience; proficiency with Git; familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Pay Transparency: Base Salary: $55,000.00 $152,375.00. Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
