Broadridge is redefining how global financial markets connect through technology innovation. We’re seeking a visionary leader to join our Strategy & Business Development team and drive growth at the intersection of financial services and emerging technologies.

As Vice President, Emerging Technologies Strategy & Business Development in our Corporate Strategy team, you will shape and execute strategic initiatives that accelerate Broadridge’s expansion into next‑generation fintech domains—AI, blockchain, digital assets, big data, and automation. Partnering closely with Business Unit (BU) Presidents and the executive team, you’ll identify new markets, evaluate strategic investments, and turn visionary ideas into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities Strategy & Growth Leadership

Lead high‑priority corporate and BU‑level initiatives that define and capture new growth opportunities driven by emerging technologies.

Partner with senior executives to translate strategic insights into actionable roadmaps, measurable objectives, and execution plans.

Oversee the annual strategic planning process, supporting executive team and Board discussions on performance, priorities, and long‑term direction.

Market & Partnership Development

Identify and evaluate new markets, products, partnerships, and potential investments aligned to Broadridge’s growth agenda.

Drive go‑to‑market strategies and commercial frameworks for new technology‑enabled products and services.

Build and maintain strong external relationships with industry leaders, investors, and innovation ecosystems.

Execution & Investment

Champion selected acquisitions, venture investments, or incubation initiatives across fintech, AI, Digital Assets and data‑driven segments.

Collaborate with internal technology and product partners to accelerate commercialization and client adoption of emerging solutions.

Leadership & Collaboration

Foster collaboration across global BUs, ensuring transparency, alignment, and accountability for strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

10+ years of relevant experience, including 5–7 years in top‑tier management consulting, corporate strategy, or business development within financial services or technology.

Proven ability to design and execute strategies involving AI, blockchain, digital assets, cloud, and data‑centric platforms.

Deep understanding of the institutional fintech landscape, including platform and managed service models.

Comfortable driving results in complex, matrixed global organizations—adept at influence, communication, and executive engagement.

Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation skills; experience preparing materials for C‑suite and Board discussions.

Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for technology innovation and digital transformation.

Salary range $280,000.00- $300,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
