About the Role: Boston Scientific is seeking a skilled IT Technical Lead who will play a critical role in the global deployment of a transformative sales territory alignment solution. The ideal candidate is a creative problem‑solver, skilled in cross‑functional collaboration, and passionate about learning.
In this role, you will take leadership in understanding the technical landscape and guiding the design and implementation of a high‑quality solution.
Your responsibilities include:
Collaborate across dependent technical teams including Master Data, Integrations, Salesforce, and Sales Reporting to ensure alignment across the end‑to‑end solution
Participate in an agile product team to prioritize and implement new application features, while simultaneously maintaining the quality of existing features and functionality
Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues and address challenges in solution implementation
Create and maintain system documentation, including proposals, designs, test specifications, and other deliverables as necessary
Provide technical leadership in all phases of software development projects, including analysis, design, construction, implementation, testing, and post‑implementation activities
Understand customer business implications and incorporate this understanding into technical and process improvement recommendations
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or Engineering
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
Experience with SAP ECC and S/4 HANA
Strong analytical skills including proficiency in querying, analyzing, and summarizing data
Experience with agile project management, development methodologies and tools
Well‑organized and capable of managing multiple priorities
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, self‑directed, action‑oriented environment
Manage own work and priorities under aggressive timelines
Self‑starter with strong, proactive work ethic and fast learner
Able to work on a team, in person, and in a collaborative virtual setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution Module
Experience with Informatica Master Data Management technologies
Experience working with Sales and Sales Operations business teams

$82600
Maximum Salary:
$156900
