The Senior HR Coordinator provides hands-on support across all areas of Human Resources, ensuring smooth daily operations and a positive employee experience. This role serves as a key point of contact for employees, responding to questions and providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs. In addition to supporting employee engagement initiatives, the Senior HR Coordinator maintains HR data accuracy, prepares reports, processes employee changes, and assists with compliance and audits. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, approachable, and comfortable balancing administrative tasks with employee interaction to help deliver an efficient and supportive HR experience. Responsibilities
Employee Experience & Events Lead the Events Committee to plan and execute company-wide and departmental activities that enhance employee engagement. Manage and monitor the events budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation. Coordinate logistics for HR programs, employee events, and recognition initiatives. Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, providing timely and accurate responses to HR-related questions. Manage HR help desk tickets and ensure issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. Maintain a strong customer service approach by offering clear communication, guidance, and follow-up on HR matters. Collaborate with HR team members to identify common inquiries and recommend process improvements to enhance employee support. Data Management & Analytics Generate reports and conduct analysis of payroll, performance management, engagement, and training data. Consolidate data from multiple sources and provide actionable insights to HR leadership. Develop and maintain HR dashboards and analytics tools to support strategic decisions. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems, audits, and compliance reports. HR Systems & Employee Lifecycle Support HR system updates for employee lifecycle changes, including new hires, transfers, reporting changes, separations, and training. Collaborate with HR teams to maintain data consistency and system alignment. Assist with HRIS system testing, updates, and enhancements. Compliance & Record Management Maintain compliance with record retention policies and procedures. Audit employee files to ensure accurate documentation and secure storage. Support HR audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports. Administrative & Departmental Support Process HR invoices, monitor budgets, and track departmental expenses. Maintain HR records, policies, SOPs, and other documentation. Support HR leadership with team projects as needed. Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 5 years of HR, administrative, or data management experience or Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, or related degree Minimum of 2 years of HR, administrative, or data management experience Experience working in ADP and Workday preferred Experience with Cornerstone LMS preferred Intermediate experience in Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, dashboards, data validations, formatting worksheets, charts); Power BI experience preferred Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to interact with employees at all levels High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality Candidates must have a valid driver\'s license Experience responding to customer concerns (internal or external) Competencies
