Job Description Responsibilities
Legal Oversight: Manage and oversee Attorneys' caseload involving personal injury, workers’ compensation, premise liability, and mass tort. Provide hands-on pre-suit support and litigation support from open to close. Review pleadings, motions, and legal filings prepared by Attorneys. Team Management: Must have management experience — supervise and mentor Attorneys. Conduct performance evaluations and help attorneys develop professionally. Implement and maintain best practices for attorney case management. Firm Leadership: Collaborate with Firm CEO and COO on strategic planning, operations, and growth initiatives. Ensure the team’s compliance with legal ethics, court rules, and internal policies. Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Active member in good standing with the Louisiana State Bar. 10+ years of litigation experience, with substantial exposure to personal injury. 10+ years of management or supervisory experience preferred. Proven trial experience and comfort managing attorneys from intake through resolution. Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
