Responsibilities Medical Technologist provides professional, competent, safe, and appropriate direct patient care in the analysis of samples from patients age newborn and older. Responsibilities include management of all documentation related to testing and results, and management of communication between the Laboratory and ancillary and off‑campus sites, both verbal and hard copy. Maintains a professional, cooperative interaction with all hospital departments, medical staff, and the public in keeping with the mission and philosophy of Manatee Memorial Hospital. Demonstrates Service Excellence. Other duties as assigned.
