HARBORVIEW MAINTENANCE
has an outstanding opportunity for a full-time day shift
PLUMBER/PIPE/STEAMFITTER LEAD.
SCHEDULE Full-time - Days
Monday through Friday
7AM - 3:30 PM
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS This employee would be responsible for assigning and leading work at a project or job location, instructing other assigned plumbers, correcting and specifying methods, and performing plumbing, steam fitting, and pipe fitting work.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Perform all duties of a plumber/pipefitter/steamfitter
Lead assigned personnel in the performance of work
Assure adherence to safety rules and precautions by assigned personnel
Develop preliminary cost estimates for installation, construction, and repairs
Develop methods and procedures to be followed by assigned personnel
May perform work in other trades
REQUIRED
One-year, full-time experience as a journey plumber/pipefitter/steamfitter or equivalent trade skill. Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator’s license may be required
Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and/or registration
