The Opportunity We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable associate attorney to join our growing team. You will work hands‑on from inception of a case to trial with an enthusiastic and supportive team. Litigation includes a broad range of personal injury cases such as auto accidents, premises liability, medical malpractice, elder abuse, and sexual abuse. You will have the chance to take and defend depositions, conduct discovery, attend mediation, argue motions, and serve as first or second chair in arbitration and/or jury trials.

Responsibilities

Handle all aspects of personal injury litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation and execution.

Represent clients in court, mediation, depositions, and arbitration, effectively advocating at each stage.

Draft clear and compelling legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.

Communicate regularly with clients, opposing counsel, and courts, including settlement negotiations on behalf of clients.

Manage caseload independently while collaborating with associate attorneys and support staff.

Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school.

Active State Bar membership in the applicable job location.

Minimum 2–4 years of personal injury or similar law experience.

Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy abilities.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
