Position
Air Proprietary Lead Systems Architect Level?4 Location: St.?Louis, Missouri, United States. 100% onsite. Travel may be required up to 10% of the time (domestic and/or international). Contingent upon future contract award. Position Responsibilities Lead system refinement, development, integration, testing, and fielding of a digital ecosystem using System Engineering tools such as CAMEO, Jira/Confluence, and GitLab. Lead certification and accreditation of the digital ecosystem to ensure operational availability. Execute Technical Performance Measures plan for the digital ecosystem. Lead IPT execution and maintain performance metrics. Collaborate with multi?disciplined engineering teams across the program to understand their engineering needs.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in engineering, engineering technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science from an accredited institution. 9+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of experience leading and developing cross?functional teams and collaborating across engineering disciplines. 3+ years of proven ability to create and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external customers (government and commercial). 3+ years of experience with Model?Based Systems Engineering (MBS/E) using at least one modeling language (SysML, UML, or DODAF). 3+ years of experience in Digital Engineering and Model?Based Engineering (MBE).
Desired Qualifications
Experience in applying engineering processes and principles. Domain knowledge of system architecture, requirements, interface definition, verification, and validation. Experience with systems development, integration, and interface with enterprise and customer systems. Experience obtaining and maintaining IATT, ATO, ATC, and related authorizations. Experience with Earned Value Management. Experience with Model?Based Engineering / Model?Based Systems Engineering. Proficiency with CAMEO, Jira/Confluence, and GitLab.
Education & Experience
Typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g., ABET?accredited undergraduate degree) and 9+ years of related work experience. Non?U.S. qualifications that are equivalent are accepted. Other Requirements
Active U.S. Secret Security Clearance required (U.S. citizenship required). A clearance active within the past 24?months is considered active. Ability to obtain and maintain Special Access Program (SAP) clearance. Relocation is offered for eligible candidates. First?shift work schedule.
