Base pay range $25.00/hr - $30.00/hr
Director of Recruiting | Fashion, Beauty, Marketing, Interactive & Creative The Product Development Coordinator plays an essential role in developing innovative new products as well as managing and promoting the existing comprehensive line of skincare, makeup, color cosmetics and/or accessory items. The Marketing Coordinator provides general support to assist in the ideation and execution of all ideas for incremental growth that include new products, merchandising, promotion, cross-selling, and education/training. Beauty industry preferred.
Responsibilities
Help generate all strategic documents for approval and cross-company communication
Responsible for forecasting sku’s on a monthly basis, taking into account sales history, seasonality and other products/programs which may have a positive or negative impact on future sales
Analyze and update sales patterns by sku and make recommendations for growth and discontinuations as applicable
Assist in supply chain of product development by reviewing bills of materials for accuracy
Execute all market research and consumer testing by assisting with product distribution, creation of corresponding documentation and analysis
Assist in the development and execution of all copy and artwork per regulatory guidelines with accuracy and consistency which also requires strong project management skills to prioritize within the department needs.
Education & Experience
High proficiency in Excel and Word.
Bachelor’s Degree in related fields. 2 year work experience.
1+ years of marketing experience. Beauty experience preferred.
Must be able to effectively use our internal ERP software (SYSPRO) to forecast, review sales information, and update systems and documents in a timely manner
Excellent standards for performance with a strong attention to detail
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
