We are seeking a
Senior Facility Engineer
to lead all aspects of planning, design, construction, and maintenance of our manufacturing facilities. This role is critical to ensuring our operations meet safety, regulatory, and performance standards—especially during the launch of new automotive vehicle projects.
As part of the Manufacturing Engineering organization, you’ll drive cost-effective solutions, manage complex facility projects, and support continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Location: Warsaw, IN - Relocation available
Salary: $125,000 – $135,000 base + 7% bonus + $31,500 equity (vested over 4 years)
Benefits: 20 PTO days, paid sick leave, 4 medical plans (deductibles as low as $250)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. (PE license and advanced degree are a plus.)
Proven experience as a Facility Engineer or similar role in automotive manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing and facility management principles.
Experience in project management, budgeting, and execution.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Certification in Facility Management (CFM) is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Lead facility planning, design, construction, and maintenance projects.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
Support new vehicle launches with facility readiness and optimization.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and execution.
Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
Solve facility-related issues impacting production efficiency.
Oversee utility feeds and utility management.
