We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in power distribution (1,000 volts or less) to join our team. This role focuses exclusively on electrical power systems in commercial and industrial manufacturing environments—not controls or design engineering. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) with Revit experience and a proven track record of working on low-voltage power systems in complex facilities. Key Responsibilities
Design, analyze, and oversee the implementation of low‑voltage (≤1000 V) power distribution systems in commercial and industrial settings. Utilize Revit to produce and manage electrical system models and documentation. Perform load calculations, short circuit analysis, and protective device coordination. Ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, and other applicable electrical codes and standards. Collaborate with project managers, field personnel, and clients to ensure technical accuracy and program alignment. Review and approve submittals, construction documents, and as‑builts related to power systems. Qualifications
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is required. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience with Revit in the context of electrical systems. 5+ years of relevant experience in power distribution for commercial or industrial manufacturing projects. Strong understanding of applicable electrical codes and safety standards. Excellent communication, organization, and team collaboration skills. Not seeking candidates focused on controls, instrumentation, or general electrical design. Background
Experience in industrial manufacturing or commercial facilities. Familiarity with low‑voltage switchgear, panelboards, transformers, and grounding systems. Working knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
