As a Business Development Trainee, you’ll represent Frontier’s residential telecom services—fiber internet, voice, and TV—while driving customer growth and loyalty. This position is designed for individuals with a business mindset and a drive to lead—offering direct responsibility for territory development, customer acquisition, and team performance.
Roles & Responsibilities of the Business Development Trainee Execute direct sales strategies for our client's telecommunications services, consistently meeting and exceeding personal sales targets. Participate in a comprehensive leadership development program, gaining firsthand experience in training, coaching, and mentoring new team members. Master the art of client relationship management and brand representation to ensure high-quality service. Take on an active role in business operations, including territory management, sales reporting, and team coordination. Absorb and apply all training on business financials, human resources, and business-to-business sales to prepare for an ownership role.
