The

Asset Operations Assistant

will support the efficient management of the company’s leased and owned vehicles, as well as its owned properties. This role provides administrative support to ensure assets are properly maintained, documented, and utilized to meet operational needs.

Job Responsibilities: Performs general administrative duties, including but not limited to monthly report reviews and entering team purchase orders Coordinates the vehicle accident process to ensure all incidents are reported, documented, and resolved accurately and in a timely manner Enters requests for new/replacement fuel cards, and trouble shoots user issues Ensures compliance with company policies and safety standards. Performs other duties as assigned. This is not an exhausted list of responsibilities. Duties will be added as the role develops.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills with personnel at all levels. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in operations, asset management.
